They did have the goats to look at and pet and a little playhouse my kids enjoyed, but honestly, I was so disappointed. I did not read anything about that online. It was when we got to the door that it said they did not do truck drives during this time (March 10th is when we went) I guess since it is off season. So, we instead went into the shop and thought the kids could get on the monster trucks for $5. Due to this, we decided not to eat there.
I also noticed the sign said they closed at 2, and I had seen they were open until 3 on the website. My mom went inside to check and there was a group that was almost finished and we could be seated after them, but I think it would have been tight.
We have a large family, so looking at it I wondered if we would be able to get a seat in there together. When we got there it was around 1pm and we noticed how small the diner was. My family of 6 and my mom and dad took a trip from our home to Poplar Branch (2.5 hour drive) to see Diggers Dungeon and meet at the diner for lunch.
